Refund policy

 We hope you love your ALIGN48 order. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, items should be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, please email align48uk@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate, and we will arrange the appropriate refund or replacement.

Once an eligible return has been received, we will process the refund to your original payment method within the required time frame. UK law requires refunds to be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
